3.1 Important Product Disclaimer

Due to the nature of textile and handcrafted products:

Slight variations in color, weave, texture, and print alignment may occur.
Screen display colors may differ from actual fabric shade.
Minor weaving irregularities are not defects but characteristics of handloom/textile products.
Color bleeding or fading depends on wash care and is not guaranteed.
A measurement tolerance of up to ±2% shall not be treated as a defect.

3.2 Sample for Fabrics& Fabric Verification

Customers are advised to:

Order a sample (if available), OR
Order 0.5 meter before bulk purchase.

The Company may retain a counter sample for quality verification.

For bulk purchases, customers may request retention of a reference sample subject to advance payment terms mutually agreed in writing. The mode of payment should be in advance and user should confirm accordingly before arranging delivery of sample item. No sample is applicable for product category other than Fabrics.

Except where the delivered product materially differs from description/sample, no additional warranties apply.

4. Product Listing & Description

We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions including:

Length/measurement and/or number of unit
Price per meter or per unit

However, we do not guarantee:

Exact shade matching
Exact weaving/printing finish
Suitability for a specific intended use

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 09 March 2026

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled:

Within 24 hours of placing the order OR
Before dispatch (whichever is earlier)

Full refund will be processed. Cancellation requests received beyond the specified timeline may not be eligible for refund.

1.2 After Dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of cotton fabrics and unstitched dress materials:

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Cut fabrics (meter-based orders)
Customized or pre-cut fabrics
Sale/discount items
Fabric/Unstitched Dress Materials damaged after delivery
Fabric/Unstitched Dress Materials washed, stitched, dyed, or altered
Minor color variations
Fabric/Unstitched Dress Materials with changed texture after handling

2.2. Eligible Returns (Strictly Limited to)

Returns will be accepted ONLY if:

Product is defective (torn/damaged/permanent stain identified prior to delivery), OR
Wrong product delivered, OR
Product materially differs from listing description/sample.

Conditions:

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original tags must be intact.
Unboxing video is strongly recommended as proof in case of damage or wrong delivery claims.

2.3. Return Shipping Responsibility

If return is approved due to Company error → Company shall bear return shipping cost.
If return is rejected after inspection → Product may be re-shipped at customer’s cost.
Unauthorized returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Approval

Refunds will be processed only after:

Return approval, and
Inspection of returned goods.

3.2 Timeline

Refund initiation: Within 7–10 business days from approval.
After refund initiation, banks/payment gateways may take 3–7 working days to credit the amount.

3.3 Mode of Refund

Refund shall be credited to:

Original payment method, OR
Alternative method mutually agreed in writing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Company error.

If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, actual shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund.

If refund fails due to incorrect banking details provided by the customer, the Company shall not be liable for delay.

If product is out of stock, refund will be issued instead of replacement.

4. Replacement Policy

Replacement will be offered only if:
